In Harmony with Creation: Peace and Poetry with the Celtic Harp

Overview

Deep peace of the running wave to you,

Deep peace of the flowing air to you,

Deep peace of the quiet earth to you.”

Join Celtic harper Julie Darling for a unique immersive experience with tranquil harp music and poetry inspired by nature and the Celtic vision.

Julie will lead us into a time for quiet reflection. This event will also include readings of ancient Celtic prayer, including extracts from the Carmina Gadelica, Alexander Carmichael’s collection of ancient prayers and blessings from the Highlands and Western Isles of Scotland.

Enjoy this unique event against the backdrop of the Bar Convent’s beautiful 18th Century Chapel.
