Library
We have a growing library of books on spirituality and other religious topics and in the Upper Library on the second floor.
We are growing our collection with recent purchases building a resource on ecology & spirituality. Many items in our collection have been generously donated by a number of libraries that have closed and by friends of St Bede’s. If you would like to explore and borrow any of the books you are most welcome to do so.
Several volunteers have recently re-catalogued the books and when we reopen after the Lockdown we hope an increasing number of people will find the Library a useful resource. There will be a catalogue of books available in the office and office staff will be happy to assist by selecting books for anyone who struggles with stairs.
The Upper Library is often booked by small groups using the Centre so it is worth contacting us before your visit to check that the Library will be accessible.
