This year we will be running the Plant Swap again on Saturday 13th May and again we will be raising money for Mary’s Meal’s. Last year our Big Charity Plant Swap raised enough money to provide a daily meal at school for a year for 17 children. With your help we can beat last year’s total.

If you are growing plants from seed, splitting plants or simply find some seedlings in your borders when out gardening, please pot up the plants and donate them or bring them along on the day to take part in the Plant Swap.

It costs just £19.15 to feed a child for a whole school year with Mary’s Meals.  These life-changing meals which where possible use locally produced food are distributed in schools – attracting hungry children into the classroom, filling their empty bellies and giving them the energy and opportunity to learn and with that the chance of a brighter future. The meals also support families struggling to feed their children and boost the country’s wider economy.
