Christian denominations and none, through a variety of retreats,
quiet days of reflection and ongoing spiritual
accompaniment on a one-to-one basis
What are your Spiritual Needs?
New ways of praying - we offer creative prayer opportunities exploring
different ways of praying; Quiet Days for small groups; weeks of guided prayer
for groups and individuals.
Some time and space to set aside to 'be with God' - Individual retreats in
daily life e.g. Advent and Lent retreats; Open Door retreats (taking place
within s small group meeting once a week over a period of ten weeks).
Accompaniment in searching for meaning in life - individual spiritaul
accompaniment to help you pay attention to God in daily life, encouraging a
response of increasing intimacy with God and fostering practical expression of
this relationship.
The 'Spiritual Exercises' of Ingatius of Loyola.
Supervision to those engaged in the ministery of spiritual companionship.
Our members have been trained in Ignatius Spirituality, which focuses on
experiencing God in all things. All members work to a Code of Ethics, which
includes complete confidentiality.
