A CUPPA AND SOME PEACE AT ST BEDE'S

A cuppa and some peace at St Bede's is a new creative drop in for people whose lives are asking a lot of them - for example, people who spend a lot of time caring for others, or themselves - people who are feeling low - people who are just managing at work.  Come along and join us for some creative activities, a hand massage, and some relaxation - or perhaps just to rest or chat.  The drop ins run from 12 midday to 3pm on alternate Fridays.  You are welcome to bring your sandwiches if you are on your lunch break.  The cost is whatever you can comfortably afford.  The type of activities that we have done in the last couple of months has included: corn weaving (thanks to one of the people who came along), making mosaics (thanks to another!), felt making, print making, clay work.  We are always happy to welcome new ideas for activities, and for how the drop ins are organised.  Do come along if you think this could be for you.
