FILM & FAITH: Tracing God’s footprints in popular film

Have you ever seen the Danish film Babette’s Feast?
This interesting and deeply moving film alongside Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade will offer inspiration for a day of reflection and prayer led by Rev. Diane Westmoreland. A parish priest of 20 years, Diane has long been interested in the connections to be made between popular culture and faith, especially in the medium of film.
Tuesday 27 February 10am - 3pm (£15)

THE ROAD TO CALVARY

Working with a body of imagery developed through previous collaborations with Sr. Cecilia, Fr. Gero will create a reflective prayerful context to allow images of the Passion to enrich our devotion and inspire us to hope in the further word of Christ’s Resurrection. Gero McLoughlin S.J. is a British Jesuit and a member of the Epiphany Group in Scotland. He has been engaged in the ministries of Ignatian spirituality for more than 30 years.
Wednesday 28 February 10.30am - 4pm (£15)
